Basic Yoga is a beginners class that will introduce you to the yoga practice with special attention to your body's alignment, breath, and safety. You will become familiar with the fundamental standing, seated, and balancing poses, and learn about the physical and mental effects yoga has on your body, mind, and breath.

Basic Yoga with Christian Theme is a beginners class that will introduce you to the yoga practice with special attention to your body's alignment, breath, and safety. The theme will be a different bible verse each class.

Basic Mixed Yoga continues students desiring to evolve their Hatha yoga practice once they are familiar with the fundamentals. Includes core postures, breath work, relaxation techniques, some supported inversions, and backbends.
