We know there are many of you who want to give Aerial Yoga a try, but feel nervous about your strength, age, and flexibility. So our instructors put together this class just for you!
In this workshop, we're taking it nice and easy in getting you familiar with the benefits of the practice. Aerial Yoga is an exercise that combines yoga poses with a special Aerial fabric, allowing you to practice yoga on the ground and "in the fabric". Professionally secured to industry-rated ceilings, Aerial Yoga fabric is soft, flexible, and easily holds over 2000 pounds.
