Beginner level yoga practice performed in a chair. Emphasis on proper form, deep breathing, and union between movement and breath. Benefits include improved strength, flexibility, stress and pain management, mental clarity, proprioception, and greater breathing capacity. Modifications will be given so that anyone will feel comfortable during the class. I deal for anyone especially those new to yoga or having conditions creating limited range of movement.
